Terms of Service

The short, readable version of the rules for using BankSheet.ai. Last updated: July 24, 2026. Using the service means you agree to these terms.

The service

BankSheet.ai converts bank and card statements (PDFs and images) into spreadsheet formats using automated AI extraction. You may use it only for documents you have the right to process — your own statements, or your clients' with their authorization.

The free tier allows 3 conversions per browser/user per day, no account required. We may adjust free-tier limits to prevent abuse.

Payments, packs & subscriptions

Page packs are one-time purchases of page credits ($9/50, $29/250, $79/1,000 at this writing). Credits never expire, attach to your account, and are consumed per statement page processed. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.

Pro is a monthly subscription ($30/month at this writing) with unlimited conversions. Cancel anytime from your account — cancellation stops future charges and Pro remains active through the paid period.

All payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's hosted checkout. Consumed credits are non-refundable; if something went wrong with a purchase, email us and we'll make it right.

Accuracy — verify before you rely

AI extraction is highly accurate on most statements but not guaranteed to be error-free. That's why every extracted transaction is shown for preview before download. You are responsible for verifying the output — for bookkeeping, tax, lending, or any other use — before relying on it. BankSheet.ai is a conversion tool, not accounting, tax, or financial advice.

Liability & acceptable use

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BankSheet.ai's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We provide the service "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability.

Don't upload documents you have no right to process, attempt to breach or overload the service, resell access, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes, governing law & contact

If these terms change materially, we'll update the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Questions or disputes: email robbie@banksheet.ai first — almost everything can be fixed with an email.
